A couple of quick questions:

1. I was jacked last night because I got Victo's Blade!! However, I didn't reallize that it had a -1 health regen. This means that my health is constantly being decreased unless I'm fighting. Is there a way to counter this with an insignia or a rune? Or will I just have to make another weapon set and switch between the two when I'm fighting or not?

2. After I have defeated Hell's Precipice, are there any elite areas that open? I've heard people talk of the underworld (sorrow's funace....fissure of woe) are these in Prophecies? If so...how do I get to them? Do I have to complete the Titan Quests?

Either that or have a monk heal you from time to time.

Sorrow's can be accessed from Deldrimor War Camp, north of Droknar's.
Fissure of Woe and Underworld can be accessed from Temple of Ages.
You could have entered Sorrow's without ascending (beat your double in the desert), you could have entered FoW and UW after that without finishing the game.
So you should be able to access all, except when you got a droks run and did not do the desert missions.

You're not supposed to walk around wielding it. Swap it in when you're fighting.

You should be making more health than you lose when you're fighting.

Just a quick note for anybody who is interested in this but doesn't have Prophecies: Fissure of Woe and Underworld are "core" areas, which you can access from Prophecies (Temple of Ages), Factions (Zin Ku Corridor) or Nightfall (Chantry of Secrets).
